You will receive email confirmation of any payment from both Console Doctor and SagePay (our payment gateway) when you pay online.
You will also receive an invoice via email in PDF form and you will be able to access this file at any time from the 'Repair Details' page for your order
If you paid over the phone then we will include a copy of your card receipt in the box with your console for your records as well as having access to a PDF invoice.
You will receive multiple automated emails during the repair process; we try to cut down on the amount of paper we use, if you want you can print off any email as proof.
All data submitted to us regarding your repair is stored in our secure database and is available at any time from your Account pages on our website.
