The same part of my console has become faulty again after repair, how do I resolve this?

In the unlikely event that your console becomes faulty again during your guarantee period please log in to you online account, go to the ‘My Repairs’ tab, find your repair and click ‘View’. On the right hand side of the page you should see a button to submit a warranty request.

We will then review and accept your request so that you can return the console to us.
